Another 90km or so tonight on the roadie with the BMU boys. So much awesomeness to look forward to in a typical week. Always a little hard to figure out the nutritional aspect of these rides because we start at a time when dinner is supposed to be consumed. Currently i am making do with a super late lunch and snacks before the ride along with supplements mid ride.
Finding that nutrition is another one of those aspects that i have to improve quite a bit but there is no real trick to it apart from trying and figuring out what works for me. Captain obvious i know.
