As i have being pushing myself harder and harder i have become accustomed to what people call a side stitch. Usually occurring on your right hand side of my body, it only shows up when i am absolutely pushing myself. I have done a little reading into it and it is basically the same as the cramping issues. My body isn’t used to the amount of suffering i am putting it through and hence why it cannot cope. Hopefully this will get better over the future as it really is quite hard to put power down once you get one.
