Ever had that sensation where one side of your Camelbak always slides down? I have adjusted the straps to be the same length on either sides? WTH am i doing wrong? Riding with one shoulder higher than the other?????

  2. Sounds like internal shoulder rotation- common for us folk who sit or used to sit at a desk all day. Tight hip flexors and hip pain is also a sign of internal rotation.
